So now, in that very common scenario, instead of going to the old software and just typing Joe Customer's account number or an amount into a field and getting a list of matching images, I have to dig through the account, which is not displayed well or easily to read (done by the same company as our new image software.also where I use to work), find the date of some kind of transaction, then go search for it by date. The new software does not allow for a range of dates, only specific dates. Basically anytime you deposit or cash a check or do something at a branch or even the ATM that involves paper, we have a picture of that paper. This involved an issue she needed to contact the branch about so she waited for me to come in. I had to come in late today because of taking one of our precious buns to the vet so she stepped in and did some of my morning work.
